Course Description:
Farzad speaks from the perspective of a classically trained Persian violinist and Eric Picotte-Harper from the perspective of a flamenco and jazz guitarist with a taste for hard rock. Farzad received his Bachelor of Music from the University of Indiana and his Master of Music from the University of North Texas in Denton. His album ‘Mirror of Emotions’ topped charts in various genres; he has since been involved in multiple cross-cultural collaborations with Grammy Award winning producer KC Porter and other artists. Eric Picotte-Harper received his Bachelor of Music degree from Berklee School of Jazz. Picotte-Harper has scored Dayyan Eng’s recent blockbuster film “Waiting Alone” and commercials for such companies as Adidas.
